I am Naveen Kumar, a resident of Bokaro Steel City. Mine was a love marriage. Everything was fine for a few months. After that my wife told me that she wants to live separately. On her repeated pressure, I took a rented accommodation away from my parents. Even after that, she pressurized me for getting my self separated from my parents after taking a share of my property. When I denied then she threatened me for dire consequences. She was not ready to bear a child. On her own, she aborted three times without informing me. Every day for petty issues she used to fight with me.
She left my house without informing me. With so much of mental tension, I thought of committing suicide. Then as a ray of hope, one of close friends told me about SIF-Jharkhand Men’s Rights Group and its weekly meeting in Oxygen park Morabadi. I went to the weekly meeting of SIF Jharkhand. My case was given patient hearing by all the members of SIF Jharkhand. I was counseled and guided properly. I came to know about legal knowledge of matrimonial laws. One day I received notice of Maintenance Case u/s 125 of Cr.PC. With the help & guidance of SIF-Jharkhand and its members I won maintenance case. As a result of which finally my marriage got dissolved under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
